A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We will move your web site(s) to our super–modern cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping web hosting providers can result in lost info and undesirable downtime. That’s why we will do all that for you for free!We’ve got skilled administrators whose sole task is to ensure that your web site works precisely as it did on your former web hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based upon popular apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time interval, since there are a lot of factors, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our best to migrate your web site within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (when the website content is not very large).

A: We don’t request any sensitive info. We will need, though, the login information for your current hosting account along with the name of the site that you want to migrate.

A: Client privacy is among our principal priorities – because of this, both our payment transaction page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–grade SSL certificates. We use safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative operations to protect the data that we accumulate on the Internet. And we’ve got a detailed and strict Privacy Policy, which specifies the types of information that we collect.

A: While we move your site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your former hosting provider. After the migration is finished, we will make certain that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your web content is not jeopardized before telling you that the transfer is over. Then we’ll tell you how to move the domain name to your hosting account with us and how to edit your DNS records.

A: While we transfer your content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will never get in touch with them in any way.

A: We can transfer your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven hosting platform provided that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only websites that we can’t migrate are those based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
