The security of any email account that you set up under a cloud hosting account with our company is ensured by the powerful SpamAssassin spam filter that we use. You can activate it through the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and it offers five protection levels based on the spam score it gives to each email depending on various criteria, such as the recurrence of certain words and phrases, the sender, and so on. If you keep receiving junk emails, you can always increase the level or if you’re afraid that you may omit a legitimate message, you can combine the automatic spam filter with a custom one and redirect all messages from a certain sender to another mailbox. If you decide that you no longer need a spam filter for a certain mailbox, you can disable it with just several clicks of the mouse.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you get a semi-dedicated server plan from our company and if you set up one or more email addresses with any of the domain names hosted in your account, you will be able to activate the advanced, five-level SpamAssassin anti-spam filter that we provide and keep all unsolicited emails away from your mailbox. This feature is accessible through the Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel and it can be activated or deactivated for any email account whenever you like. You can also tweak the level of protection with a few clicks in case spam emails still appear in your mailbox or the filter begins erasing genuine messages. Since you can choose whether the spam should be deleted right away or delivered to another email account, you can create spam@domain.com, for instance, and check all filtered email messages there, so as to ensure that you will not omit a message that you require. The emails that the anti-spam filter allows to proceed will still be delivered to your mailbox.
