Mailing list members are users that have joined a particular list to receive periodic emails, including weekly newsletters. If the mailing list manager that is used to manage the mailing list permits it, you can also approve members manually, but in this case such email messages may be accepted as unsolicited and reported as spam by the users. Traditionally, these members can unsubscribe from a list by clicking on a hyperlink in the email messages they receive, or you, being the mailing list moderator, can delete them manually if they request this or in case you reach the decision that some of the members should not be part of the list anymore. Each mailing list member will be able to view only their own email address in the "To" field of the emails they receive, but not the addresses of the rest of the mailing list members.
