Administration Services in VPS Servers
The administration services may be added to all of our Linux VPS servers either during the signup process or afterwards via the billing Control Panel. Our system admins can help you with loads of tasks - they can perform regular backups on a separate machine so that you'll have a copy of your content if anything bad happens; they can update the OS running on the hosting server to keep it safe and stable; they can monitor the processes on the hosting server and reboot the latter when necessary; they can even install and troubleshoot third-party applications if you are not able to do that yourself. Depending on the tasks that you prefer to carry out yourself and on the tasks you wish to leave to our staff, you could either get all these things simultaneously as part of one package, or you can get them one by one as separate services.
Administration Services in Dedicated Servers
The administration services come with a massive amount of tasks which our system admins can carry out on your dedicated server, no matter what package deal you have picked upon signup. They could be added together to your account, alternatively you can order them one by one, depending on what responsibilities you would like to hand over to the admin team. The tasks include regular Operating System updates that will keep the server stable and secure, tracking and restarting procedures if any software problem shows up, content backups on a different hosting server every week and any other custom task that you could need. The last service is available for so long as you need it, so even if you have to install several applications or to troubleshoot several scripts, for instance, our admins shall help you in a very timely and professional manner.
