If there is ever any problem, it will automatically inform our sysadmins.

That’s why we offer a 50 GB off–server backup space with the Optional Admin Services solution. You will be able to save all the critical data on a different backup server with RAID hard drives that is part of the same network. This will make the backup procedure faster than the blink of an eye. And our skillful system administrators can help you set up an automatic system that will back up everything without you being required to lift a finger.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If there’s a specific service or software application that you’d like to set up on your dedicated server, but you have no clue how to take care of it, or if you encounter chronic troubles configuring everything yourself, we offer you a solution. Our Optional Admin Services package covers installation and troubleshooting procedures, meaning that you will enjoy the full and undivided attention of our sysadmins for thirty minutes – more than enough time for them to discover the problem at hand and make things right. And you could also use that time to request them to assist you with any other server–related problems you are having.
